The home healthcare at Brommaplan Health Center is shared with Abrahamsberg Health Center and is run by a dedicated team consisting of district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors.

Your tasks:

You will primarily work within home healthcare. In home healthcare, you will meet patients of all ages and from different cultures. Patients have a variety of illnesses and problems. The work requires broad competence. Planning and coordination are part of the job. You will work independently but in close collaboration with other nurses and professionals. Work at the clinic may also occur.

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are a district nurse. Alternatively, you are a licensed nurse who is confident in your skills with a few years of professional experience. Experience from primary care and home healthcare is an extra merit. A B driver's license is a requirement.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who contributes to a good work environment. You need to be able to collaborate easily in a group but also be comfortable working independently and making your own decisions. We believe you possess creativity and courage that makes you willing to think outside the box and try new ideas. The workload can vary, which requires flexibility, stress resilience, and a structured approach to work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment form:

Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. Working hours, Monday-Friday. Start as soon as possible or by agreement. A probationary period may apply.

  • background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
